Role & Process

For the project, I took on the dual roles of UI designer and Webflow developer. The process involved close collaboration with the client, ensuring their vision was realized through an iterative design approach. Starting with their old website, I refined the UI based on the project goals and client feedback, leading to a polished design that was both visually captivating and user-friendly. The development in Webflow was meticulously executed, translating the design seamlessly into a responsive, interactive website that brings the enchanting event to life.

Project Goals

1. Create an Immersive Experience: Design and develop a visually captivating and interactive website that mirrors the enchanting atmosphere of the light and sound installations.

2. Enhance User Engagement: ensure the site is user-friendly, encouraging visitors to explore the event's details, purchase tickets, and share the experience.

3. Facilitate Seamless Communication: Collaborate closely with the client to refine and iterate the design, aligning the website with the event's evolving vision and branding.

Homepage

The homepage was designed to prominently display key information while effectively marketing the event's allure. The hero section is particularly striking, featuring a hover effect where the background transitions into a video showcasing the event, covering 90% of the area. This dynamic approach not only captures attention immediately but also immerses visitors in the experience from the moment they land on the site, enhancing both engagement and visual appeal.

Event Page

Each event has its own dedicated page, meticulously organised to present all the details, including sections on installations, pricing, location, and FAQs. Given the extensive information, I implemented a secondary navigation system, allowing users to effortlessly jump between sections. This ensures a smooth and intuitive browsing experience, making it easy for visitors to find exactly what they need without feeling overwhelmed.

News Page

The news page was designed with a clean, grid-based layout to effectively showcase the latest updates. The most recent post is prominently featured at the top, ensuring that visitors immediately see the newest content. The design balances aesthetics and functionality, providing a streamlined experience for users to stay informed about the latest developments.

Gallery Page

The gallery page is designed with a clean, grid layout to showcase images in an organised and visually appealing manner. Each image is given ample space, allowing for easy viewing and a cohesive presentation, enhancing the overall browsing experience.

Help Page

The help page i offers a straightforward layout that guides users to find answers quickly. Key topics are organised into sections, ensuring that information is accessible and easy to locate. This user-friendly approach simplifies the process of getting support, making it efficient and hassle-free.
